Here at Windsor Match Plate & Tool Ltd., we have Computerized Co-Ordinate Measuring systems, utilized to inspect the quality of our work. Some of these systems are as listed below.
Brown & Sharpe C.M.M. capable of 63.5inches horizontal, by 79.5inches verticle, and 150.8inches measuring range; 69.5inches wide by 178.5 inches long table.
Brown & Sharpe Series 3000 C.M.M. with a measuring capability of 1600mm horizontal, 2400mm vertical, and 3850mm measuring range; 1750mm wide by 4500mm long table.
Romer 1000 portable C.M.M. running Suprasoft software, connected to a Pentium II 366mhz laptop computer.
All non-portable C.M.M. devices are controlled by high-output Pentium Pro/PIII computers running Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 Professional, PCDMIS & Datapage for Windows.
